When your items sell you are charged 3% to 6%. The higher the value, the lower the rate. All advertising is paid for by Mid-Iowa Auction Company.

Mid-Iowa Auction Company & Heartland Iron Solutions is a full-service registered dealer. We offer warranties on most qualified equipment and financing if needed. We offer appraisals and equipment evaluations for marketing purposes for estates or banks. Dealers normally make 25% to 40% on trade-ins. Our costs are lower compared to dealers, and we pass those savings on to our customers.

Our company has been in business since 2017 and our sales team has a combined sales experience of over 50 years. We are a consulting and marketing business, and our goal is to get the best price for your equipment. We provide a wholesale and retail evaluation that is backed by millions of dollars of sales data so you can feel confident of the value of your equipment. We think it is unfair that the dealers only want to give 60 to 70% of your trade-in values. We strive to get you 100% of your equipment’s value. You are in control of the sale, and if your machine doesn’t sell, we usually don’t charge a fee. Once your equipment sells, our fee is based on a percentage of the price. As a dealer we can provide warranty, financing, shipping and appraisals. It doesn’t matter how many pieces you have to sell we are here for you.
